I had my nose done 2 years ago to correct a bump and a droopy tip. Both of those were fixed but two years later, I still feel like the tip is a little big and uneven. Is it even possible for it to be swollen still? I've been reading about cortizone shots but I don't know if they would even be helpful at this point.

Surely you jest! I have been doing rhinoplasties for 35 years and would never attempt to do my own. Please send me before and after pictures if you don't take our advice.
Your nostril asymmetry is secondary to a deviated septum. The cartilage you see is the end of the septum which should be in the center. This can be corrected with a septoplasty which will probably also improve your nasal breathing.
If there is a hump after removing the cast, then it is either swelling or residual bony hump. In either case, I would discuss this with your rhinoplasty surgeon. Often aggressive taping and sometimes kenalog injections can help if the hump seems to persist or flattens with pressure. Also, scar...
