What Are These Undereye Bumps? (photo)

I've always had these white/yellowish bumps under my eye. From researching online, I might guess that they are either milia or syringoma, but honestly don't know. So my question is, what do you think these bumps are? And more importantly, is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

Small oil glands and syringoma under the eyes

These bumps are likely small oil glands that can be improved with skin stimulating regimens such as light chemical peels, tretinoin therapy, and laser skin resurfacing or hyfrecation therapy.

Sebaceous gland

these are merely sebaceous glnds that are a bit more apparent than thy might have been years ago- milia and syringomas are other typical lesions seen in this area ; however these are more consistent with seb glands.

not easy to treat- best left alone
