Undefined Tip After Revision Septorhinoplasty?

If you have reached at least a full year after revision, you could be considered for additional surgery.  Pictures or an exam would be necessary to make a determination on this.

Undefined tip after revision septorhinoplasty?

How long has it been since your surgery? There is post-operative swelling that can influence the appearance of your result. Swelling can be influenced by the following:

1) Whether the procedure was a revision
2) Whether the procedure was open or closed
3) Whether tip work was performed
4) Thickness of the patient's skin

Give it some time and see how you heal, and keep in touch with your surgeon. He or she knows the details of your surgery and will be able to advise you. Thank you and good luck.

Tip definition in revision Rhinoplasty

+1

Rhinoplasty requires very specific surgical maneuvers to achieve the desired result.  Depending on the anatomy of the operated nose, a very specific type of a tip cartilage graft might be required to achieve better tip definition.  Make sure your surgeon is experienced with great track record when it comes to revision Rhinoplasty.
