Will Umbilicoplasty Help with Huge Belly Scar?

Hello Im a 29 y/o female that had a liver resection to remove a 10cm benign mass in my liver back in 2005 (I was 24). Surgery was a success and no regrowth so far. Unfortunatley the surgery has not only left a huge scar starting under my breast bone straight down the middle to the top of pubic area but also a really deformed looking belly button. I dont mind the scar so much but the deformed belly button gets me really depressed especially in the summer months. Will umbilicoplasty help ?
