I have varicose veins problem and also capillaries problems (very sensitive to trauma). I am thinking about external Ultrasound Liposuction on my thighs. Is this procedure safe for my veins?

Tumescent liposuction has the best safety record.

Hi. Ultrasound adds another, unnecessary source of energy which can increase risk of complications. Varicose veins should not be a problem.

Varicose veins and Ultrasonic liposuction

Theoretically, it should be safe. However, due to your varicose veins, you may be subject to additional swelling and prolonged edema following the procedure. Some of the veins may be also more subject to trauma and rupture resulting in more bruising and prolonged fibrosis.
