Ultrasonic massage under the eyes

Could anyone tell me please whether ultrasonic massage can be applied on the undereye area, and what can be achieved by this technique? The actual product which I’d like to buy for home use is 'FaceMate 330 Ultrasonic Face and Skin Massager' which can produce ultrasonic waves (1 & 3 Mhz) but also negative ions and high energy light (660nm). I’m not a specialist and I’m really confused. I would be extremely grateful for any advice or comments about this product.

A: Buyer beware

I can't imagine what this device will do for you. There are professional external ultrasound units that, in my estimation, do little if anything. In addition, delivery of energy can damage tissue which is certainly not a good idea. My advice--save your money.
