Ultrasonic Facial Massage on Dark Skin

Hi, I have been looking into the ultrasonic wavelength facial massage therapy offered by skin clinics to clear up congestion on the face. Just wanted to find out if anyone is familiar with its use and whether its suitable for darker skin types such as Fitzpatrick skin type V. I read the ultrasonic facial massage heats the deep tissue/dermis so just concerned whether it could possibly cause any burning or pigmentation issues. Many Thanks for your help
