Would You Use the UltraShape Machine to Destruct/remove Fat Cells Permanently?

The UltraShape machine claims to use focused ultrasound to permanently destruct fat cells. Does it really works. Wouldn't the fat stem cells grow to replace the damaged cells? How well could this machine replace Liposuction? Thank you.
