Ultra Thin Lumineers

Are Lumineers really "ultra thin"? And does that make them more comfortable? Or more prone to cracks, stains, etc.?

Ultra-thin lumineers

The benefit of Lumineers is that they are thin and require minimal if any reduction of tooth structure. Because of that, they fit 'over' the teeth and the bite could be a little strong on them potentially cracking them. If the dentist doesn't wrap the Lumineer over the top of the tooth to avoid interference on the opposing teeth, then they risk having much mechanical retention and potential staining or breakage issues.
