Why Doesn't Ultra Shape Work?

i have done lots of research on getting rid of my love handles without surgery, like liposcution...a read a study by a well respect plastic surgeon who investigated ultrashape ultrasound fat reduction. The study seemed to conclude it is effective for this type of application and you don't have a problem with recovery time. But when i look on real self i see that ultrashape is only liked by 1/3rd of people who had it. Is this a problem with the technology, the doctor, the patient expectations?

Where are we with ultrashape in the US?

Ultrashape is a member of one class of devices that use focused ultrasound waves to liquify fat. Two other devices are in the "class" and include MC1 (sound surgical) and Liposonix ( Medicis).  Ultrashape differs from other devices in that it does not use heat to liquify the fat.
