Facial swelling after rhinoplasty
If an uncomplicated rhinoplasty was performed, the facial swelling is usually at its pinnacle at three to four days. The swelling starts to decrease at about a week and should decrease rapidly thereafter. The nose, however, may be swollen for up to a year.
