First of all, you have to allow for healing before considering revision surgery.  The next surgeon, which should be an experienced and qualified surgeon in revision rhinoplasty, will want you to heal completely.  As a rule, we often wait about a year after the previous surgery, but it will depend on the surgeon how long they will want to wait.  It is certainly unfortunate that the surgeon will not respond to you, which is not appropriate.  Again, try to be patient with the process and seek the opinion of a reputable rhinoplasty surgeon.
