I have had 4 pre molar extracted. Upper 4 and lower 5 . And is 17month into the treatment. I am now wearing elastics to close the gap from the extractions . However I have noticed the dark corners around my mouth when I smile. I m not sure if this is a result of the extraction but is there anything that my ortho could do to eliminate the darkness around the corner area? Perhaps bringing back teeth forward ? Many thanks
