Dark Circles Under my Eyes

I am 18 years old and have really a dark area under my eyes. I did get a rhinoplasty 40 days ago so some of the darkness is from bruises but i have always had dark circles. I dont think my under eye area is hollow so i dont know if a fat transfer or relastelayne will work. I am not sure which treatment is right for me. I have thought about: cheek implants, fat grafting, fillers, laser treatments like IPL (would this cause more bruising?). In the last picture, i applied concealer under my eyes.
