You will need to see an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can make the tip more refined but can also address any other irregularities. You may also need grafts at the nostril margin to prevent a pinched tip.

A Tip rhinoplasty will correct the size and relation of the lower lateral cartilages to the septum and overlying skin and correct a bulbous tip. Bulbous tip reduction

Tip volume reduction is achieve with either cartilage excision alone or cartilage excision with suture recontouring of the cartilages themselves. It looks like you have fullness above the tip, which creates a roundness often called a "polly-beak" deformity. The recommended correction involves removing some that tissue beneath the skin, and making sure the tip is strong enough to "project" above the line of the bridge.
