I have a lot of questions, but let me stick with this- What type of nose surgery would be best for my nose, and what kind of result can I expect?? What would make my nose look more natural? I just don't want it to be the first and only thing people notice about me when they look at my face.

Rhinoplasty for the wide nose and bump removal.

Both your bridge and tip are quite wide. It looks like you may have a very slight bump as well. The tip needs to be narrowed without rotating the tip(piggy nose). The bridge needs to be narrowed as well. See an experienced rhinoplasty surgeon who can show you noses like yours that he has done!

Skin and cartilage make the difference

The width of anyone's nose is the result of skin thickness (and how much it can shrink) and also cartilage and bone strength (which gives the nose its shape). Your skin is rather thick, and I do not think it will shrink much. That means that you can have a better shape and narrowness, but it will have to be done by augmentation--making the cartilage shape the skin better--rather than by reduction and hoping that the skin will do something that it just cannot. Treating a wide nose and its improvment depends upon a lot of things. Certainly a rhinoplasty can narrow the nose but if the skin is very thick, it is hard to get good definition.

I reviewed the photo you posted, and read your concern. Well-performed rhinoplasty surgery may lead to a narrower appearance of your bridge and tip. Based on the photo provided, I think you would benefit from narrowing the nasal tip and base. You might also benefit from reshaping the nasal bridge to achieve even more balance. Rhinoplasty is very effective in reducing your nasal width, and correcting the wide nasal tip in your photograph as well. You are correct in that your face is more slender and tapered to the chin, and your nose is a shade out of balance because of the width. Rhinoplasty could give a very natural and pretty result. Thanks for the photo, you are very attractive. I recommend a full rhinoplasty, that includes a tip reduction, wedges to narrow the nostril, a nasal bone fractures to narrow the bridge. Seek experienced boarded surgeon in your area.

Without more pictures and examining you, it is difficult to give specific advice. However, it appears that you would benefit from a traditional rhinoplasty.
