Went Off Accutane 1 Month Ago, and Have White Bumps On My Left Cheekbone? (photo)

I came off a course of accutane one month ago (my skin is now really oily again) I've just noticed on my left cheekbone and the side of my jaw I have loads of tiny (only visible when very close and in the right light, hence why I can't take a photo) pearly white bumps. (They aren't milia) Are these the start of whiteheads again? Also I've just noticed I have a collection of flat marks around my armpit (see photo) that literally just popped up. Worried it could be keratosis pilaris in both cases
