All of my teeth are in very good condition, including the two front teeth I'm referring to. The two in front embarrass me, so i try not to smile and show my teeth and I tend to look away or down when talking to people. They are approximately 1 centimeter longer than my other teeth. Can a tooth be filed down that much? If not, what are my other options? I have included photos of my teeth. Thank you!

You can leave the crossbite untreated and only correct anterior crowding since your crowded front teeth are probably your main concern. The other option might be to use a NiTi palatal expander appliance that slowly pushes and tips your teeth instead of splitting a midpalatine suture.
Those teeth are a little rotated which gives them that fang appearance. But , it would be fairly simple to do a little bonding and some softening of the points to make them look great.
