Does a Twitch Cause the Bone in my Nose to Grow. It Feels and Seems That Way?

I am 52,broken my nose twice and had rhinoplasty around 18 years age.I have a twitch in my nose which has worsened since feeling a dull ache in the nose. The bone on my nose seems to be getting bigger. Is this possible and is it caused by the twitching ?

Nasal Bones and a twitch

Nasal bone fractures and a twitch are 2 totally separate issues. Nasal fracture repair is done with medial and lateral osteotomies to re-set the nose during the rhinoplasty procedure. The twitch could be addressed with a couple of drops of Botox
