As you have already been operated on twice with the traditional method, I believe that there is only a little prospect of a third operation being expected to improve the disturbing changes on your ears.The reason is that the traditional methods produced scars that are holding the ear in the current position. These scars cannot be removed with the stitch method as this method does not involve cutting open the ear. It would, however, also be very difficult to remove the scars in a third operation with the traditional method. It would be different if you had been operated with the stitch method. This method does not result in the development of scars, so that the old pre-operative position of the ears can be completely restored by removing the stitches and a new position of the ears is achieved, just as the patient wishes to have it, by inserting new threads.I must contradict the opinion of my colleague, Dr Jawed Tahery.
