I’ve got crowns on all my teeth, now one week after the permananet crowns i still have pain that wake me up at night. I take ibuprofen about 600 mg/day and diclofenac 75 mg/day but still have the intense pain once or twice a day which can be released 30 min after taking ibuprofen. i have no pain while cheiwing food except little sensibility to hot and cold food.

Sometimes when a crown is inserted, especially if you are anesthetized, the bite can be off a bit after the anesthesia wears off. We try to check it at the time of insertion with a special bite paper. I would return to your dentist to have it adjusted. It only takes a few minutes.
