Hi I have an average build with som stratech mark due to pargnancy and excessive fat in belly area which I can not get rid of? Which one would you recommend Ultrashape or Tummy tuck?

Prior pregnancy, stretch marks, loose skin = tummy tuck for correction

Tummy tuck surgery and Ultrashape are not even in the same league when it comes to correction of post-baby abdominal changes.  Noninasive treatments can help smooth out skin texture and may reduce volume a little bit, but they cannot remove loose skin and they cannot tighten the muscles that are nearly always damaged after pregnnacy. Ultrashape vs Tummy Tuck: Different procedures for different problems

The ultrashape is a non-invasive method of fat removal while a tummy tuck is surgical procedure designed to remove skin and fat, and to tighten abdominal wall laxity. If you are looking to get rid of stretch marks, loose skin, or excess skin, the ultrashape will not do it. Tummy Tuck vs Ultrashape

These modalities treat very different problems. Ultrashape and other liposuction methods treat localized fat areas where the skin is relatively tight. A tummy tuck treats both excess fat and loose skin. Call for a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon who is familiar with both.

Tummy tuck or Ultrashape

In general ultrashape will treat localized fat but will do little to correct the loose skin and separated muscles casued by pregnancy. Therefore, I would vote in favor of tummy tuck.

Ultrashape is not an alternative to a tummy tuck

Ultrashape is a device that uses High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) for noninvasive fat reduction. Another HIFU device available in Canada and Europe is Liposonix. However, a tummy tuck does more than reduce localized areas of fat. If you have stretch marks from prior pregnancy, it is likely that there is some laxity of the skin and some separation of the abdominal muscles. These conditions are best treated with a tummy tuck.
