After a full tummy tuck, three weeks ago, i have extreme tightness all over, also my tighs and pubic area is under a lot of tention, elevating the skin of the pubic area and labia, also on the tighs, ceating bulging upper tighs, not a very nice view. Will the skin strech back to the point where my tighs look normal again, also the inner tighs are elevated, creating a lot of fulness and flab there. my inner tighs are touching, covering my labias ,what can be done should i perform some streching

Tightness

It is very normal for areas to feel tight and abnormal this soon after a procedure. Typically this will resolve over several months. Be sure to follow up with your Plastic Surgeon closely but I would be confident that this will resolve.
