Post-op tummy tuck

Youa re very early inthe recovery phase and usually the scars are their "angriest and firmest" at this point. Give them more time to heal ( at least a year).  Numbness may persist as well for several months.

Return of feeling and scar improvement after a tummy tuck

It may take a year or longer for all feeling to return to your abdomen, but in many cases it returns to normal in a few months. The scars improve in 3 to 6 months but can take 1 to 2 years to see the final result. Ask your plastic surgeon if using silicone gel sheets would be good for you to improve the scars.
