I Just Had a Tummy Tuck and Medial Inner Thigh Lift with Lipo. Developed cellulitis which is on the mend now. BUT have extreme tenderness and tightness in both legs. 3 weeks post op. Why?? Heat feels good but am still off work. Swelling is there, gone down but need to wear pants about a size bigger than normal. Need some good positive advice please and thank you.

Cellulitis after Tummy Tuck and thigh lift. What to do.

I a assuming a qualities plastic surgeon has performed your operation. You should see him immediately and let him tell you what to do. Cellulitis would need to be treated aggressively with intravenous antibiotics. The swelling could be a sign of clothing in the deeper veins which should also be investigated and treated with anticoagulation. I don't want to scare you But the safest course of action for you is to see your plastic surgeon immediately.
