Loose Skin and Rolls Normal After Tummy Tuck?

Are loose skin and rolls normal even when I sit down after a Tummy Tuck? Plus, I still look pouchy. I had a full Tummy Tuck about a month ago and I'm dissapointed. I know it's still early to tell ,but my skin seems to be too loose. I knew i wasnt going to look perfect but i just wanted it all to be tight, and I can't afford to have it fixed. What else should i ask my surgeon? This is my photo while sitting. I'm not pulling hard but just enough for you to see how much skin there is.

Tummy tuck and Looseness

But again, I dont have your preoperative views to see what you looked like before, because a lot depends on what you had to start with. Hope that helps.
