I am 25 years old and I have had 5 kids, and my body is a little worse for ware. I had twins and my skin and everything else stretched. Will a Tummy Tuck be enough to help me get my sexy, flat, firm tummy back, or will I have to ask for Liposuction as well?

On the other hand, if your skin excess is limited to the front of your body, and you just have some fat fullness in the "love handle" region, then combining flank liposuction with the tummy tuck can give fantastic results. I made a small slide show that... more

Most often the best results are with a combination of tummy tuck, liposuction and muscle repair.

After five children it is most likely you would benefit with a combined procedure of liposuction of your abdomen, your hips and maybe your legs and knees along with a tummy tuck and repair or your abdominal muscles which are almost always separated by the stretching of the muscle junction. Over the past 3-4 years many plastic surgeons use a newer technique where the abdominal area undergoes liposuction, the area of the muscle separation is exposed but not the other areas of the upper... more
