Tummy Tuck Not Done Right. What Legal Actions Can I Take?

I had a tummy tuck a little over a year ago. At first i feel the dr didnt do everything she should of for me to get the best look i stil have quite a bit of skin left my muscle werent tighten. i have had 2 kids so they still have bulge there. i did mention to her before op and she said it would depend once im opened up. i had no binder after surgery. the scar is too high. i went in for a cunsultation with new dr in my new area and he agrees with me and suggest i do a whole new tummy tuck.

In most instances a legal action will not provide a solution. Discuss your concerns first with your surgeon as mentioned by Dr. Brown. Review your alternatives.

Unsatisfactory results after Tummy Tuck

Don't waste your time and money on "legal actions". There are always risks of unsatisfactory results after cosmetic surgery. My advice is to have an open, honest discussion with your original plastic  surgeon. If you are not hostile and not threatening you may be able to have your concerns addressed to your satisfaction, while maintaining a pleasant and cordial doctor-patient relationship.
