Getting a Tummy Tuck next Friday, July 23rd. I am having a tummy tuck and lipo on my outter thighs, is there anything I can do/or should do health or exercise wise to prepare for the surgery?

Pre operative instructions should be followed before having a tummy tuck.

At this point, excercise will not make a difference.  Just make sure you follow all of the directions from your PS and make sure you are avoiding all of the medications and vitamins you were advised not to use.  Make sure you are not smoking before or after the procedure.  see video
