Tummy Tuck to Help Smart Lipo Bumps
Unfortunately, I dont thing you have much loose skin to be a candidate for a tummy tuck. If you were the tummy tuck would remove the skin and the lumps and bumps under the belly button, but the area above the belly button would still have lumps and bumps.

Correction of bad Smart Lipo results
I can't guarantee it, but I feel like you should get a benefit from tummy tuck. Ironically, after you are healed (well healed that is, after perhaps a year or so), you may still have areas of surface irregularity. At this time, you may need (yes) addtional liposuciton done gingerly. The idea would be, if needed, to reduce the high areas to the lower areas. I haven't had great results with fat transfers, though other doctors may advocate for that.

Tumy tuck to correct liposuction irregularities
Dear Air,
It is a bit difficult to judge your skin elasticity based on a single photograph and minimal history. I would still suggest having a formal consult with a surgeon who does tummy tucks and liposuction and ask them your question. If you are in your early 20's and have not had children, I'd bet Dr. Beraka's assessment will be correct, and touch up lipo would help. Tummy tuck is not going to help.
Hi. You do have lumpy result, unfortunately. In Manhattan, I don't know a single board certified, experienced plastic surgeon who uses SmartLipo. But that does not help you right now.
You are not a candidate for a tummy tuck or abdominoplasty. You have very little excess skin, and you would end up with a long scar and little improvement.
