Smart Lipo Results on Outer Thighs?

I just had a Tummy Tuck, breast augmentation, and Smart Lipo on my outer thighs on Feb 6th. I have been crying everyday as I don't feel like I look like what I expected. I feel bloated and fat and don't see much of a difference where I did the Smart Lipo. Does it take a while to see the Smart Lipo results on these areas? I am just so upset, but maybe I'm overreacting?
