Cosmetic Plastic surgery prior to hepatitis treatment

Many of your medications and anesthetics require hepatic metabolism. This is a combination of procedures which requires prolonged exposure to anesthetic agents. I would discuss the wisdaom and safety of this approach  with your hepatologist, gastroenterologist or endocrinologist prior to contemplating the procedure.

Priorities!

Hepatitis can be life-threatening.  Loose abdominal skin and small breasts are not.  Any serious medical condition needs to be completely under control prior to embarking upon a cosmetic procedure.  You should have your hepatitis treatment FIRST, make sure you are stable from that standpoint, then consider your elective, non-medically-necessary procedures. I'm afraid your priorities are not straight right now.

 If you have medical clearance from your gastroenterologist and your liver function is appropriate then having breast augmentation and tummy tuck can be done.   Dr. ES
