Good Tummy Tuck Candidate
A tummy tuck or abdominoplasty involves 3 components of the abdomen; skin, subcutaneous fat and muscle. Based on your photographs all 3 of these components need to be addressed during the procedure. Removal of extra lower abdominal skin, tightening of the the rectus abdominis muscles, and removal of the fat under the skin in the upper abdomen and hips. The length of the scar depends on how loose your skin is and if it extends into your hips (muffin top) and even into your...

Breast Augmentation and Tummy Tuck, the dynamic duo of the Mommy Maker
Thank you for your question. From the photo, yes, it appears that you are a good candidate for a tummy tuck with abdominal plication (muscle tightening) and flank Liposuction. Will you have a good result? No surgeon can guarantee you this over the Internet. I don't know your medical history and don't know if you have any risk factors that might lead to a poor cosmetic result. For example, are you a smoker? Smoking and tummy tuck don't do well together...

Excellent candidate for full tummy tuck or extended tummy tuck
Hello,
A full tummy tuck and an extended tummy tuck are essentially the same except for the length of your final incision. The more tissue that is removed the longer the incision tends to be. Both tummy tuck options should include abdomial wall tightening ("muscle repair"), rejuvenation of the belly button, and liposuction as needed to get a smooth and balanced result.
All the best,
Dr Repta

Implants, tummy tuck and liposuction
Babycakes123;
Thank you for your question and photos. You appear to be a very good candidate for liposuction and a tummy tuck as long as you are done having children. Silicone implants could be done at the same time and I essentially always put them under the muscle. I looks like you would get rid of most, if not all, of your stretch marks and your stomach should be much flatter after a tummy tuck. As far as implant size is concerned, that would be determined at the time of...

Am I a good candidate for a Abdominoplasty?
Obviously I can only answer this question from looking at your pictures, and not as your physician. Assuming you are a healthy patient and cleared for surgery, I would think you would benefit from an abdominoplasty with muscle plication and liposuction to your hips. To get the best result, get as close as possible to your ideal body weight. Intraabdominal fat can prevent the surgeon from tightening the muscles as much as he/she would like. You should have a fantastic result after...

Tummy Tuck - Do I Look Like a Good Candidate for a TT with Muscle Repair and Lipo to Flanks?
Yes, you do.
From the photos you posted I think you would have a striking and dramatic change and improvement in your appearance as a result of this procedure. And I would probably do just what you suggest: tummy tuck, muscle repair, and lipo of the flanks. I think you'll get a result you should be delighted with.
The only thing that I would suggest, and this is actually pretty often the case, is that it may not be possible to give you a perfectly flat abdomen...

Tummy Tuck Candidate
The operation you have described should certainly help by flattening your abdomen and creating a longer, leaner waist. Some of your stretch marks will probably not be removed but your overall shape will improve significantly. Breast Augmentation is frequently added to the tummy tuck, as it seems you are contemplating. Your surgeon will work with you to choose a size that complements your overall shape. Best of Luck Dr Harrell

Good Candidate for Tummy Tuck
Thank you for your question.
From the photos you have posted, it looks like you would be a good candidate for full tummy tuck with muscle repair. The tummy tuck will remove the excess damaged abdominal skin and the muscle repair will give you a nice "tight" tummy.
You should also be aware of the option of an “extended tummy tuck” that may be helpful in the treatment of the flanks and lower back areas ("muffin tops"). This...

As always, Dr. Aldea is right on! If you are in good physical and psychological health and are done with kids, you look like a great full tummy tuck candidate. No mini for you!

Great Candidate for a TT with Muscle Repair and Lipo to Flanks
If you are not smoking, have completed your family, have realistic expectations and are in good health you would be a GREAT candidate for an Abdominoplasty. The muscle repair portion of the operation is crucial. Not only does it flatten the tummy but pulls in and re-defines the waist.
Good Luck.

Tummy tuck
Yes you are, but i would add liposuction of the flanks because if you don’t you may look flat and wide. I call it the cobra look. As far as your breasts; you may need a lift and a fat transfer because the fat harvested from your flanks would be ideal for upper pole fullness. You do need to make sure you see a board certified plastic surgeon who has done many of these surgeries and has privileges to perform this operation at a local hospital, good luck.

Great result possible with tummy tuck
Based on your photographs, you should obtain a great result from a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction. This is the procedure you need. Adding a breast augmentation can also be done at the same time. The size of the implants depends on what size your breasts are now and what size you ultimately want to be.

Candidate for tummy tuck?
From the information you provided, i think you are a good candidate for tummy tuck. While abdominoplasty, or tummy tuck, surgery is not an alternative to a healthy weight loss program, it can be a great option for those looking to trim down their midsections and give the abdominal area a tighter, more toned aesthetic. Patients requesting abdominoplasty are often relatively physically fit but suffer from loose, excess skin brought on by pregnancy, weight loss, or a genetic predisposition...

Great candidate for full TT with MR but no breasts photos posted so as for size? Best of luck. As you can read all the experts think you will be happy.

Ideal Tummy Tuck Candidate
A good tummy tuck candidate has loose skin and stretch marks in her lower abdomen, minimal fat and is otherwise healthy. Ideally no plans for future pregnancies exist since that may undue some of the results of the abdominoplasty. Some fat in the flank/love handle area and upper abdomen can be addressed with liposuction.
Based on the photographs above, you look to be a good candidate that would greatly benefit from a lipoabdominoplasty.
