I have small hips and seems since the tummy tuck 3 yrs ago my upper body now seems alot bigger than my bottom half, my tummy is flat but I seemed more proportioned before tummytuck! would lipo help? thanks :)

Tummy tuck alone

A tummy tuck without lipo of the flanks makes one look like a Cobra. This is a common aesthetic error and very easily fixed by liposuction. Some surgeons don't like to combine lipo and Tummy Tucks and the idea is; safety first. Return to your surgeon and inquire kindly...it helps.

Liposuction after tummytuck

It would really depend on your build and where the excess fat is. You probably did not have much liposuction with the original procedure and this may have benefitted you.

Proportionate look

It is difficult to say how you would look without an exam. It is possible that liposuction of the upper body m ight help, but an exam would be beneficial.

Liposuction

If you have excess fat that you can pinch and is over a inch, then liposuction would help. If you have a large rib cage and no extra fat, then it will not. Talk with your surgeon and see.
