These scars are very difficult to improve. I would employ a combination of skin lightening chemical peels such as MelaPeel + percutaneous scar release.

Tribal marks on the face
You can not permanently get rid of scars; however, they can appear less noticeable. Tribal marking are similar to depressed scars and that they respond well to subcision and needling of the affected area.
