Treatment for Scars from At-Home Mole Removal

I had scar revision in Oct. 2009 for an at-home mole removal procedure gone wrong. The scars from the surgical procedure(on my arms) are still pink, somewhat hard/tough and one is a little raised (due to the stitch coming loose)some 18 months later. I am a 32 year old female, in good health, take a daily multivitamin, and try to eat a well balanced diet. In addition, I massage my scars daily, wear silicone sheets nightly, though not always consistently. I want 100% healing, please help.
