Treatment That Will Rid Infinite Micro Bumps on Face?
Are these small bumps acne or pimples? They are very small and do not show in all mirrors I look in. They do show very well in my car mirror but not bathroom mirror. I noticed these small bumps while in the 10th grade. What can I do to remove these things?

Are these acne lesions?
It's hard to tell from the picture what you have on your face. You may have acne. See a board-certified dermatologist who can properly examine, diagnose and treat you.
