Treatment for Red Lesions on Back?

Dear Doctors, I am a 25 year old hispanic male, 176lbs. and 5'11. I have always had a problem with these red lesions on my back. They are not painful, but sometimes can swell a little bit and my friend said they leak water a little bit. They appear cosmetic in nature. I would like to know what procedures or treatment you recommend to remove them COMPLETELY. Thanks again and please help me if you can, I hate lookin at em'.
