Treatment Options for a Raised Burn Scar?

Hi about 4 years ago I got a self inflicted cigarette burn scar on my upper right arm. It is slightly raised but the color closely resembles my skin color. I was wondering what the best revision option I could do to make it look better and perhaps the average cost of the revision.
I was thinking perhaps dermabrasion or something like that but I would rather get opinions before hand. feedback is greatly appreciated thanks!
