Treatment Options for Indented Scratch Scars on Leg?

I have a series of reddish indented/depressed scars from deep scratches on my inner thighs. They are varied ranging from 1-3mm wide and 0.5-4cm long. I'm not sure how deep they are but I'm estimating about 0.2-0.5mm depth. It has been 4 months since the injury occurred without much improvement. I know that I will need a combination of treatments, but is an invasive procedure such as skin grafting my main option, or do any of you think otherwise?

Fractionated lasers can be tremendous for scratch scars

I do not want to get your hopes up too high, but fractionated laser therapy can be very useful for these types of scars. While they will not help with the redness (a pulsed dye laser would), the edges and texture change can very well be blended together with the use of an ablative (several treatments) or a nonablative (many treatments) fractionated laser therapy.
