hi iim male whoa was prescribed adapaleno from dermatoloist (very bad by the way)i have no large pores before using this stuff but the derma said i had comedones on my face at first it seems that the gel it helped to clean the dirt out from the pores but a little hole was left on every pore and they never close i still have them what can i do cause the doctor said it is normal but i think its not how can i colse my pores again

Unfortunately, there are many people who have large pores and the openings get plugged with dead skin cells and sebum (oil). The reaction with the products and atmosphere create a darkening, or black head. These can look unsightly but when the blackheads are removed, the pores now are visible.
