What is the Best Treatment for Hyperpigmentation After 35% TCA Peel?
2 yrs post 35% TCA peel. Redness persists around cheek bones. Peel was done at home with no aftercare. As of Nov, 2010, esthetician recommends IPL. Redness over zygomatic area with demarcated border demonstrating the treated versus the non treated area. Is this post inflammatory hyperpigmentation at the dermis or epidermis? Ive read if its at the dermis level you have no hope. What level is this (dermis or epidermis) and is there anything I can do? Yes, I learned the hard way.
