Do Laser Treatments Work for Hemosiderin Deposits?

I have hemosiderin deposits on my neck and lower legs. What treatment works to help remove deposits and/or prevent further deposits? I have done Deep FX and Active FX on the face with excellent results. Are these lasers appropriate or IPL, Pulsed Dye Laser or Retin-A? Would like my neck skin to look the same color as my face.
