Ask a QuestionTreatment for Hyperpigmented Cutting Scars On Wrist? (photo)
I have about 3 cuttings scars, hypopigmented. Theyre embarassing and Im tired of hiding them. I was wondering what treatments will effectively fix them? (Moneys not an issue.) Was also wondering if a tattoo could work? Would it take?

Treatment for Cutting Scars
Hypopigmented cutting scars can be camouflaged with skin color tattooing or Fraxel erbium laser treatment to the sites. Needle stippling has helped several of my patients.

Treatment of hypopigmented lines on the skin from cutting scars
I would recommend the Fractional CO2 laser to improve texture and color. I have not seen very positive results with skin tattoos along the lines. Surgery90210
