How Can I Treat These Permanent Ear, Mouth and Neck Lines? (photo)

How can I treat my permanent Ear lobe (in front) creases and also Mouth creases and neck? I am 39 and just noticed these in the last 6 months and drink plenty of water I dont smoke or Drink Alcohol.. I workout every dayfor 1 hour. I have just started using Retin A for the last 3 days. I am going to try this for a fw months but am worried about making these worse? I dont wont to use fillers as they cost too much and very tempory fix. A long term fix would be what I am looking for. Thank you.
