I got Laser diode burns in legs and arms. (picture of leg) Would TCA peel help? Would Mequinol help? I got this brown spot since 8 months.

Hyperpigmentation after laser burn injury is common

Hyperpigmentation from your laser burn injury is a common result from this type of skin injury. Further injuring the skin with a chemical peel is unlikely to help and may even aggravate the hyperpigmentation problem. I would use topical hyperpigmentation creams only and see if any improvement is possible.
