How to Treat Keratosis Pilaris?

I live in Karachi, Pakistan and I suffer from Keratosis Pilaris. Solution? It is caused by a build up of excess keratin. I have it on my arms and my legs mostly but I fear it is travelling to my face. I've tried ex foliating and moisturizing but both have not helped too much. Any medication remedy would be appreciated. Thank You!

Use retinoids and hydrators
Talk to your dermatologist. I often combine prescription strength retinoids, AHA washes and lotions, and sometimes brief courses of corticosteroid creams. I have no idea what you would need, as I cannot make specific recommendations to patients I have never seen. These are just general statements. Good luck.
