Is It Possible to Treat an Irregularity of the Shape of the Skull Which Was Caused by the Application of Chemicals?

One side of my head looks normal{nicely shaped with a smooth definitive shape} and my left side seems bigger at the top going to the back of my head. That part of my head is quite painful and the pain has been there since the time in 2000 that I used Dermatological E45 with hot water to treat what I may call a ring worm infection{my scalp used to have white patches}. I remember on that very day the same part swelled up and was noticeable but soft as well which has gone down but has slightly hard
