Best Treament for Very Deep Set Wrinkles?

Hello, I am 65 and of very fair complexion (Irish)I have very very deep set wrinkles from too much sun exposure over the years. I am confused as to which procedure would provide the best overall outcome. I have researched dermabrasion, fractional lasers, and phenol peels should I consider a combination of treatments? Not concerned about down time or anesthetic. Just retired and am looking forward to the next decade being the best yet, hoping to look as good as I feel!

Is there a best treatment for facial wrinkles

Without a photo this cannot be answered fully. In general there are 2 types of wrinkles -dynamic due to muscle effects on the skin  and adynamic-due to intrinsic aging changes to the skin. Usually there is some combination of these present. The dynamic ones are amenable to surgery and/or botox and/or fillers. The adynamic ones are best treated by direct treatments to the skin such as a laser or peels. There are  a multitude of different lasers and chemical peels out there.... more
