Trauma to the Nose After Septoplasty 12 Days Post Op?

i got hit with a cake to the face on my birthday after 12 days since my septoplasty.My right nostril had been the blocked one however a few hours after the trauma i feel like my left nostril has blocked up perhaps due to the weakened state of the septum. I have a check up with my surgeon in 3 days however should i maybe call him to inform him or maybe see him sooner?Is it maybe possible that i may need a follow-up surgery or would it be fixable without any invasive action if any damage was done?
